The NoMa Bark Park can be found at Earlewood Park near North Main Street. This beautiful park is member-based and requires residents and visitors to register at the park office. You need to bring along your dog license, rabies tag and documentation, vaccinations, and proof your dog has been spayed or neutered for the safety of everyone at the park.
The dog park is fenced-in to prevent your dog from escaping the area. Your furbuddy will have plenty of room to run around since the overall designated dog area is about two acres. You have a choice between the area for the small or large dog breeds. Senior or timid dogs can visit the small dog area as long as they play along in peace with the other dogs.Â
There is a double gate entrance to the NoMa Bark Park at Earlewood Park for safety. Dogs need to remain on a leash until they fully enter the area. The gate needs to be closed before the leash is removed. You also need to place the leash on your dog before leaving the gated exit.Â
There are benches located in the NoMa Bark Parkfor pet parents to relax while their dog plays and socializes with others dogs. The park has tennis balls for the dogs to play but you can always bring along toys and balls. The trees at the park provide plenty of shade for pet parents and dogs to hide from the hot sun.Â
Kiddie pools and a hose for filling and drinking are available. Dogs that enjoy splashing around in the water will enjoy this activity during the warm weather seasons. Always clean up after your dog. The park provides pet waste stations that include plastic poop bags and trash cans. Overall, this is an awesome dog park that accommodates dogs and pet parents.Â
