If you and Fido find yourselves in East Vail, don't miss the chance to drop by Bighorn Park. This charming green space is one of two local parks where canine citizens are allowed to romp off-leash. With pawmazing scenery and lots of furry friends to play with, it truly is a puppy paradise! 

Nestled in a residential area, Bighorn Park is a pawtastic spot to let your canine pal stretch their legs and mingle with other doggos. There's also a pond where water-loving pups can cool off and play fetch. Remember to bring a towel to dry your pooch off before they hop back in the car. Dogs who aren't fond of doggie paddling can instead go for a stroll on the path that encircles the pond while enjoying the woofderful mountain views. If you and Fido are up for a challenging hike, hit the steep but scenic trail across the street, which is recommended by some visitors.
