Bone Zone (at Senator Gwen Margolis Park)

Bone Zone is located at Senator Gwen Margolis Park in Sunny Isles Beach. It is a fenced-in dog park that has two separate areas, one that hosts small dogs and the other for larger dogs. There is plenty of green grass and open space for dogs to run around, play, and socialize with each other. 

There are benches located throughout this beautiful and serene dog park for pet parents to relax while their dog plays. You can play fetch with your dogs or allow them to run around exploring nature on their own. Always keep a good eye on your dog to assure safety. 

Dogs that show aggression towards others needs to be removed from the park by their pet parent. Always use a leash when removing your dog from the park, since the gate opens up to a sidewalk that is located close to a street. One of the first things you will notice about this park is the cleanliness. 

Do your part as a pet parent by picking up after your dog using doggie poop bags. There are trash cans located nearby to dispose of the bags afterward. Vaccinations and a dog license are required when visiting this park. It is best to display proof of both these requirements on tags that hang from your dog’s collar. 

Vaccination regulations are set in place to minimize the risk of contagious canine illness and disease spreading through the park. Dogs are not allowed in any other area of Senator Gwen Margolis Park. Only bring your dogs to the designated park area and always keep your dogs leashed while entering and exiting the dog park.
