Though many dog parks offer a separate fenced section for use by small, elderly, or shy dogs, it is unknown if such an enclosure exists at Bradley Dog Park. However, dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome to enjoy off-leash playtime and appropriate socialization at this beloved dog playground. As an important safety precaution, owners are to ensure they have access to a leash at all times. Off-leash play is encouraged in the dog runs; however, in the remainder of Bradley Park, dogs must remain on a lead.
Bradley Dog Park is a public dog play haven, and entrance to the grounds is offered to all dogs and their owners at no cost. Both the lower and upper Bradley Dog Park locations are equipped with all of the amenities needed for a great day at the park including drinking water and poop bags. It is assumed that owners will take responsibility for their pets by cleaning up any canine waste promptly.
The family-friendly Bradley Park's grounds meander from the woodlands down into the plains of the Dry Run Creek, offering varied terrain for families to explore. On-site recreational activities include baseball diamonds, the Corn Stock Theater, disc golf, horseshoes, a playground, volleyball, a sledding hill, tennis courts, and many picturesque trails. Bradley Park is also home to a stunning Japanese-style bridge and picnic areas.
There are very few expectations placed upon visitors to Bradley Dog Park. All owners must carry personal photo identification with them, and their dogs must also bear both identification and rabies tags on their collars. Vaccinations other than rabies are not mandatory but are strongly recommended as is a city dog license. For a great day for Fido and the whole family, plan a trip to Bradley Dog Park!
