Canine Corral Dog Park

Situated in the town of Frederick, Colorado, Canine Corral Dog Park is a fenced-in property where pups of all shapes and sizes can run, play, and socialize off leash. As part of the “Carbon Valley” area, along with the towns of Firestone and Dacono, Frederick began as a coal mining town back in 1907. After the Frederick Coal mine was closed in 1928, the location “re-branded” in 2014 with a new logo featuring a stylized gas lamp and a mountain range background.

Canine Corral Dog Park features plenty of space for pets to romp around freely. The open field and greenery surrounding the area make this location ideal for relaxing summer walks or high energy activities with your furry best friend. The City of Frederick assumes no responsibility for the conduct of dogs or their owners while on the premises. Handlers need to maintain complete control over their pets at all times. Apart from having a valid Frederick County or out of district license and current rabies tag, all dogs need to be well behaved and non-aggressive when approaching other animals at the park. If they do show any sign of aggression, they will be removed from the premises. 

The city reserves the right to remove a dog from the park if need be. At the same times, owners need to carry a lead with them to leash their pups when exiting the park area.
