There are many ADA-approved facilities within this park as well as abundant amounts of wildlife. When you come to visit Crawford State Park, you will find many different amenities that are available for your satisfaction. You will find boat ramps, camping service buildings, campgrounds, a picnic area, a dump station, playgrounds, showers, trails, a swim beach, and a visitor center.Â
You can also bike, boat, cross-country ski, fish, join in on educational programs, horseback ride, hunt, jet-ski, snowshoe, and snowmobile. Your dog can even come to Crawford State Park, but they must remain on a six-foot-long leash while they are inside the park limits.Â
During your stay in this beautiful region, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife System. Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home.Â
Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to Crawford State Park as this park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here. Humans should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun adventures in this park.Â
