There are two towns in south Florida bearing the name Palm Beach, at least in part. There is West Palm Beach, and there is Royal Palm Beach. Both towns are very nice, even rather tony. This is the same area where Donald Trump has his resort, after all. So when you come to Palm Beach, you expect the best. And Crestwood Dog Park definitely delivers.Â
Crestwood Dog Park, located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, is just as beautiful and comfortable as everything else in Palm Beach. The main section of the dog park, which is just under one acre, is covered in lush grass and dotted with young palm trees. There are several wrought iron benches for people, which are covered with a copper-colored metal roof.Â
The small dog section of the park, at 1/3 of an acre, only has a couple of covered benches, but it has some mini agility equipment, perfect for dogs meeting the weight limit of under twenty-five pounds. Both sides of the dog park have fountains for people and puppies. The fountains are also beautiful, in keeping with the rest of the park, and are painted to match the wrought iron benches and the black chain link fence.Â
There are poop bags and trash cans, which are also very tastefully painted to match the rest of the park. The city obviously pays a lot of attention to the park, but of course, you are expected not to let your dog dig up the soil. You won't see any signs that say this, but this park is obviously a classy establishment, and you and your puppy are expected to be on your best behavior.Â
The Crestwood Park in Royal Palm Beach, Florida is a small, neighborhood park with a surprisingly large parking lot. People park next to the two basketball courts, which are just as nicely designed as the dog park, of course. There's a short path that goes behind the courts that leads to the dog park. If you find yourself in thee neighborhood, take a trip to Crestwood Park with your pup today.
