Eagle Lake Dog Park

Lucky pups in Largo know the place to be is the Eagle Lake Park. Not only does this park offer a ton of pawsome amenities, it also is home to the Eagle Lake Dog Park, a great place to take your dog for some afternoon fun in the beautiful state of Florida. 

With three separate fenced in sections within the trees, your dog is sure to find the right place. Two large dog areas and one small dog area can be accessed through a double gated entry for extra safety. With lots of room to roam in all sections, this park is sure to please your dog. Benches scattered throughout are pawfect places to relax and watch your dog run and play with neighborhood pups. The large dog areas feature lots of shade, while the smaller dog area has some shade, but is much sunnier. 

A parking lot right at the entrance makes coming here convenient, and houses restrooms for the humans in your pack. It is unclear if clean-up bags and drinking water are available, so be sure to bring your own. Always pick up after your pup to help keep this pupperdise clean.

Before coming to this pawsome park, be sure your dog is fully vaccinated and licensed with appropriate tags. Each person can bring up to three dogs per visit to romp in the dog park. 

If your dog gets their fill of the dog park, put on the leash and explore the rest of Eagle Lake Park. A playground is pawrific for the little two-leggeds in your pack, while picnic shelters are a puptastic place for a rest, meal or get-together. Trails and paths make for woofderful strolls with your pup, and 2,000 feet of boardwalks over wetlands are furbulous for wildlife viewing.
