Fairhill Square is in the center of the neighborhood of West Kensington, in northern Philadelphia. Heading there, you will find street parking on the roads that surround the park, which connect to the rest of the park by a perimeter path, that then turn off into inner trails. On the southern part of the park, the sounds of children playing can be heard throughout the playground and in the grassy area around the park, where there are amenities like benches, trash bins, and water fountains.
A path surrounds the playground and winds up the center of the park, there is a large green space surrounded by trees to play inside of. Asphalt and concrete pathways lead to the east and west side of the park, along with the two northern corners, that offer shaded sitting areas, picnic tables, and a swing set on the northern edge of the area. There is plenty of space to run around and play with your pup, whether it's just you and your dog or with other pups, although you will need to remember to bring clean-up bags with you.
The northern part of Philadelphia can get pretty hectic, and the park of Fairhill Square will be a wonderful retreat for you and Fido to get outside and play in. With large spacious lawns with lush grass, shaded sitting areas, and amenities for water and trash disposal, the two of you will find everything that's needed to have a pleasant time.
