Fowler Park Dog Park

If the warm Cumming's breezes are calling your name, it just might be time for a visit to Fowler Park Dog Park. Situated within the 85 acre Fowler Park, the dog park is a pawsome place for a day of outdoor fun. The dog park is quite easy to find. Just wander past the soccer fields and the multi-purpose complex and down the walking path. At the bottom of the small hill, you will find this pawrific doggy playground.

There are two fenced runs with one set aside for use by small dogs and the other for larger doggoes to enjoy. Both are off-leash play areas, so Fido can drop his leash right at the gate and get ready to roughhouse, frolic, and play completely in the "buff!" Please do keep your pupper on a leash in all other areas. 

Fowler Park does ask that you remain in the fenced play areas while your doggo is having fun make new canine furiends. You will find everything you need situated inside the doggy play spaces. From drinking water to cleanup bags, this park has got it all! The runs are lined with both wood chips and grass to provide different safe surfaces that are kind to canine joints. 

In the family furiendly pawblic park, Fowler Park, there are lots of pawsome things you can do with your pooch as well. There is a walking trail which runs the perimeter of the park that you can explore together. Why not stop by one of the pavilions to enjoy a packed lunch from home? If you fancy a little more exercise, there are basketball courts and softball, soccer, lacrosse, and football fields. Fowler Park is also home to a five acre multi-purpose field where you and your pupperoni can enjoy a game of fetch or tug. Just be sure to bring along a ball, frisbee, or tug toy from home. 

Park officials do ask that all dogs be current on vaccinations and have an up to date city dog license. Cigarettes and food are not permitted within the play areas at any time.
