Greenvalley Dog Park

Green Valley Dog Park is located in Moline, Illinois. Housed on the 60 acre Green Valley Sports Complex property, this dedicated dog playground stretches out over two acres and offers a fully fenced play space where dogs can enjoy off-leash exercise. Though many dog parks offer a separate enclosure for small, senior, and shy dogs, there currently isn't one at Green Valley Dog Park. 

However, all dogs are warmly welcomed to join in the fun in the one on-premise dog run. Park rules stipulate that dogs must remain on a leash when entering and exiting the play area as well as in all other sections of the park. To ensure the safety of all dogs enjoying off-leash activity, it is mandatory for owners to carefully monitor all play time. 

Green Valley Dog Park, a public dog facility, proudly extends an invitation to all people and their pooches to enjoy their dog playground at no cost. The dog play area contains drinking water to help keep Fido and his favorite pals well-hydrated. Benches are scattered throughout the property in areas which offer plentiful shade. Here, owners can relax and enjoy some quiet time while they observe their dogs at play. 

Poop bags are provided via on-site dispensers. Owners are expected to assume responsibility for their dogs by cleaning up after them and properly disposing of their waste. There are no bathrooms within the dog park; however, there are several at Green Valley Sports Complex which are available for public use. Nearby Green Valley Sports Complex is situated behind Blaine's Farm and Fleet and Menard's, making it easy to find. 

This family-friendly property offers many athletic fields and activities sure to please each member of the whole family. Among the recreational opportunities are softball diamonds, a playground, concession stands, bathrooms, picnic shelters, a "press box," soccer fields, and a walking path. 

Also situated on the grounds is the Green Valley Paintball Field and the Kiwanis Bicycle Trailhead. Green Valley Dog Park requires all dogs making use of their play area to be current on their rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella vaccinations. A city dog license is also highly recommended.
