Let your dog run free at Happy Tails Dog Park. This dog park has beautiful green grass that is well cared for and provides a spacious area for dogs to run and play. There are trees located throughout the park that provide shade for dogs who need a break from the hot sun. Your dog will be safe in this fenced-in dog park that has a dedicated area for small dogs and another for large dogs. This park was designed specifically for dogs so it doesn’t have permanent benches but pet parents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs for comfort.Â
It’s easy to keep your dog hydrated with the fresh water stations located throughout the park. The water is clean and safe to drink. Every water location has a community water bowl for all the dogs to share, plus it has the option to fill personal dog bowls if you don’t want your dog to share water with other dogs. This is especially helpful if you suspect your dog has a weakened immune system or if another dog is showing signs of illness.Â
The park provides potty supply stations to help keep the park clean. It also makes it easy for pet parents who run out of poop baggies to clean up after their dog. The convenient location of the potty stations helps keep the park clean and looking great.
Parking is conveniently located across the street. A pedestrian crosswalk area is provided for safety. Keep your dog on the leash until you reach the dog park enclosure, then release your dog once you are inside the fenced in area for safety reasons. The park rules advise pet parents to avoid bringing food, treats, or rawhide bones to the park since dogs are territorial when it comes to food. However, bringing toys is recommended.Â
