Pets are permitted in all of the on-site accommodations for an additional fee of $10 per dog, per night, plus all applicable taxes. Admission into this state park is $5 per vehicle. There is an additional fee for parking as well as for anyone using the boat launch area. While dogs are welcomed at this park, it is unknown if they are required to remain on a lead. To ensure your pet's safety, it is best to keep your dog leashed during walks on the trails but is likely fine to allow your dog to enjoy an off-leash dip in the lake.
It is unknown if poop bags are provided on-site; however, dog owners are required to carry their own to allow for easy pickup and disposal of canine waste materials. Since it is unknown if water is provided to help keep Fido well-hydrated, it is best for owners to carry a bottle of it with them as well as an appropriate drinking vessel. Though there are no posted regulations governing the use of this space, it is recommended that all dogs be current on vaccinations. Also, it is wise for your dog to bear the appropriate required state license tag.
