Lake Court Dog Park

Lake Court Dog Park is located in Smyrna, Georgia. Situated on slightly over one acre of property, this dedicated dog facility boasts of several fully fenced grassy spaces where dogs can enjoy off-leash play. There are conflicting reports as to whether or not one of the enclosures is reserved for use by small dogs. Though the enclosures are dedicated off-leash zones, dogs are to remain on a lead when traveling to and from the dog runs. Additionally, owners are to carry a leash with them at all times in case of an emergency situation.

Entrance to this public play space is free of charge. Bathroom facilities are available on the premises and a plentiful supply of drinking water is on hand to help keep Fido well-hydrated during his play time at the park. Also housed on the property are benches in well-shaded areas. Here owners can recline and relax while they enjoy observing their dogs at play. 

Other amenities at neighboring family-centric Lake Court Park include a playground and volleyball. The property is also situated on a hill to provide extra exercise options for Fido and his family. Park officials require that all dogs attending the park be current on their rabies vaccination and also city licensing. Proof of both must be evidenced by tags displayed on your dog's collar. 

Though it is unknown if poop bags are provided on-site, it is the responsibility of all owners to pick up and dispose of all canine waste. Park management strictly prohibits spike collars in the dog run areas. Additionally, glass containers, alcohol, food, and smoking are not permitted on the grounds.
