Lake Louise State Park

Lake Louise State Park is a recreational space located to the north of the Iowa border in the village of Le Roy, Minnesota. This state park and camping area is home to five bodies of water, making the area well-suited to swimming and other water sports. Lake Louise State Park is incredibly scenic and is home to diverse terrain including wooded areas, savanna, and many meadows. 

Dogs are welcome to join their families on the grounds, but they must remain on a lead at all times. At this time, there is no specific area reserved for dog play, and drinking water is not available on the premises. Owners are encouraged to bring bottled water with them from home to address their dogs' thirst needs. It is the responsibility of all owners to clean up after their pets. 

With this in mind, owners should carry a plentiful supply of poop bags with them to assist them with this task. Lake Louise State Park is a public recreational facility and campground. Park officials are pleased to offer entrance to their grounds at no cost. Though this property is amenable to camping, little is known regarding fees, avaiable amenities, or if reservations are required. 

Bathrooms which include showers are housed on the premises for public use. This stunning recreational space offers many outdoor activities for families to enjoy. Among the most popular opportunities are hiking, canoeing, fishing, picnicking, swimming, and horseback riding. In season, the land teems with wildflowers, lending a sweet fragrance to the area. 

Lake Louise State Park is also home to many species of wildlife and birds, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers to indulge their favorite hobby. All canine visitors to Lake Louise State Park must be current on all immunizations.
