Logan Gate Dog Park is a dedicated dog facility in Tampa, Florida. Centrally located in the upscale Citrus Park neighborhood, Logan Gate Dog Park offers two fenced play spaces where dogs can enjoy romping, running, and roughhousing with their best canine pals all without the encumbrance of a lead. 

A park with a vision for a space where all dogs can enjoy proper socialization and off-leash activity, this dog playground has a singular enclosure which is reserved specifically for use by dogs who are small, shy, or timid. As a safety precaution, all owners should maintain access to a leash at all times. 

Logan Gate Dog Park is pleased to offer entrance to their public dog play haven at no cost. One of Hillsborough County's newest dog parks, Logan Gate Dog Park is comprised of five acres of property, ensuring Fido has ample ground to explore. Housed within the play areas are all of the things Fido and his family could need for a great day at the park. 

Water is available on the premises for drinking as is a dog wash station suitable for a thorough cleanup after a day of fun. Also found on the property is a hitching post and plentiful poop bags. Owners are expected to assume the responsibility for cleaning up after their pets. 

Visitors to this dog playground praise its lush grass areas which are well-conducive to a day of activity. However, others lament that it is a long walk to the dog park area and that the seating is limited and offers very little shade. Bathrooms are not provided on the grounds. 

The park has instituted several rules which govern the use of this public play space. All dogs visiting the dog runs must be current on vaccinations and licensed with their respective city. Flat collars or harnesses are the only acceptable types of collars at this park, and identification tags must be displayed on them. 

The Logan Gate Dog Park strictly forbids smoking, food, rawhides, alcohol, and glass containers on the property. It is also important to note that any dogs engaging in excessive barking or mounting behaviors will be asked to vacate the premises.
