This park is still in its development stages, but visitors to this space remark on its pleasant grounds and remote location, lending it an air of serenity. Situated near to Saints Memorial Hospital, this doggy play haven is a little oasis away from the busyness of city life.Â
At this time, there is not a play area which is reserved for use by small dogs; however, there are plans for one in the future. Though the enclosure is a designated off-leash zone, owners are asked to retain their dogs on a lead when traveling to and from the enclosed play spaces. In addition to this, it is also required that owners carry a leash with them at all times in case of an emergency situation.Â
Access to Lowell Unleashed Dog Park is free of charge. There are no bathroom facilities available on-site for public use, and it is not known if water is provided to help address Fido's hydration needs. It is advised that owners carry a bottle of water and suitable drinking vessel with them. The dog run areas are very well-shaded to help keep Fido and his family cool and comfortable.Â
Complimentary poop bags are available on the premises. In accordance with Massachusetts state law, owners are required to pick up and properly dispose of all canine waste materials. In addition to this, all dogs attending the park space are mandated to be current on all vaccinations and to bear the appropriate required state license tag. Smoking and food of any type are strictly prohibited. For a fun day at the park, make a visit to Lowell Unleashed Dog Park!Â
