When you come and visit this park, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife System. Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter Mancos State Park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. 

All dogs and their humans must be well-mannered before they come to Mancos State Park as this park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here. Pet parents should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun adventures in Mancos State Park.
