Heading to the grassy park, you'll find a good amount of off-street parking on all sides of the park, with quieter streets around the park so you and Fido can get out of the car safely. The square is lined with tall trees that create plenty of shade and privacy for park goers, with a large grassy area and a few scattered trees in the center of the park. Paved pathways create a spiderweb to all corners of the park and back to the center, where fountains can be found running in the summer to cool off you and Fido.
Along the paved trails are plenty of stops for benches and picnic tables to sit at and relax, with water fountains around the restroom at the center fountain of the park and trash bins to use. Along the southeast portion of the park, there is a basketball court, a playground, swingsets, and more benches. Throughout the park, there are numerous acres of green space to play and run around along although pups do need to remain on a leash.
This quaint little square park is the busiest after school hours, and is a quiet retreat in the mornings or early afternoon, where you and your pup can enjoy some one on one time and plenty of space to roam the park.
