Your dog Pookie loves the outdoors and enjoys the sunlight, so you are psyched to take her to the Dakota Bark Park. Pookie will enjoy frolicking in this three-acre park, and you will like sitting on one of the provided benches. One neat feature of this park is that not only does it have a space for small and large dogs, but there's a group space for play as well. Pookie will be excited to play with dogs of all sizes there.
And you and Pookie can stroll on the lovely walking path around the gated area. This park also offers unique activities such as trick-or-treating with your dog. Although you are excited to bring Pookie to this beautiful park, don't forget to bring some water because that is one thing it lacks. Also, bring your hiking gear because there are miles of Minot trails nearby that offer naturesque views of North Dakota.
You will have an easy time choosing when you want to go to this dog park because it is open from 6:00 in the morning to 11:00 at night. And the Minot Bark Park is open all year, so you can go in the summer when it's warm, or you can allow Pookie to roll in the snow during the winter months.
This large park features grass and dirt sections that Pookie will love because she's allowed to dig here. And If you forget your poop bags, that's okay because the park supplies them. Since the Minot Park is going through a construction phase, this dog park will be temporarily moved to a different location soon, until the project's expected end date in 2020.
But fear not, it will be located very close to the existing one, and you will still be able to reach the temporary dog park through the original location’s north parking lot. You and Pookie will have a spectacular time at the Minot Bark Park where Pookie can make friends with dogs of all sizes and breeds. So grab Pookie's leash And head out the door to this fun-filled park.
