Paws Dog Park (at Davis Complex)

Paws Dog Park at Davis Complex is located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This designated dog facility offers two fully fenced enclosures for off leash dog play. Park officials have reserved one of the fenced play areas specifically for use by small dogs of 20 lbs or less only. Included in the play areas are a pond and agility course to provide additional fun activities to engage Fido's brain and body. Paws Dog Park advises owners to be aware that alligators sometimes frequent the pond. Careful screening prior to allowing your dog to take a dip in the water is critical.

Park officials have designated a section of parking for those making use of the dog park. In addition to this, there is also a dog wash station near to the vendor portion of the family-friendly Davis Complex. Refreshments are available for sale at a concession stand near to the south side of the dog park, and fresh water is plentiful and accessible to dogs and their owners free of charge. It is unknown if bathroom facilities are available on site for public use. 

To provide respite from the hot sun, there is a bench provided on site in a shaded area. Park officials prohibit food and drink in the dog enclosures. Complimentary poop bags are available on site. Owners are asked to promptly pick up and dispose of all waste materials in the on site trash receptacle.

Access to Paws Dog Park is free of charge to the public. There are no officially posted regulations governing park use. However, it is highly recommended that all dogs be current on vaccinations. It is also wise for your dog to sport the appropriate required state license tag on his collar.

Though alligator sightings have occurred in this location, they are rare. Owners should carefully scan the dog park prior to allowing their dogs entrance to the play areas.
