However, this property is completely unfenced. If your dog does not have a solid recall, it is recommended that he remain on a leash for his own safety. Owners are asked to carry a lead with them at all times in case of emergency. It is also important to note that this park is directly adjacent to a major highway. 

Access to this public space is free of charge. There are bathrooms on-site, and fresh water is available to ensure that Fido remains well-hydrated during his romp at the park. It is unknown if poop bags are provided on the premises. However, park officials mandate that owners carry bags with them to pick up and properly dispose of all canine waste in the on-site trash receptacles.
