When you come to this park, you must follow all of the rules and regulations that are enforced by the city of Norfolk. All dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they come and visit this dog park, and all dogs must be well-mannered. This park requires human and animal behavior to be well-maintained, respectful, and courteous of others. 

All dogs must be on-leash when they are not in the designated dog park area, and all owners must be watchful over their pets while they are here.
