At this park, there are campgrounds, camp services, conference rooms, dump stations, trails, showers, picnic sites, and a visitor's center. Dogs can visit Sylvan Lake State Park, but they must remain on a six-foot-long leash during their entire stay. During your stay, you must follow the rules and regulations that are implemented by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife System. Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter Sylvan Lake State Park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. 

Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to this park as Sylvan Lake State Park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here. Humans should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun adventures in this park.
