Upshur Dog Park

The play space is lined primarily with gravel, but there is also a section that was once a basketball court that has been repurposed as a play space. Pupperonis of all shapes, sizes, and personalities are welcome to join in the fun at this pawsome dog park! Best of all, off-leash play is how this park rolls. Bring a lead for travelling to and from your car, but Fido can drop it right at the door and tear off in search of off-leash fun at this doggy playground. 

A bare-bones recreational area, there are no amenities provided at Upshur Dog Park. But that just means the sky is the limit when it comes to you and your pooch having some fun! You'll want to pack a bag which includes such items as cleanup sacks and drinking water. Maybe bring a lawn chair or blanket too, so you can stretch out and enjoy the Washington sun while Fido makes some new canine pals. 

If you fancy a picnic on the grounds, Upshur Dog Park is a furrific spot to enjoy a wooftastic packed meal while enjoying the beauty of nature. Don't forget to bring some snacks for Fido too, or you might find yourself having to share your lunch!
