Windsor Castle Dog Park

The Windsor Castle Park is a great park for the local community and visitors alike. There are two dog parks, one specifically for dog owners who are registered with the park, another for any canines with no registration required. Both sides are quite large, and the grounds and amenities are very well maintained. 

The Windsor Castle Dog Park has agility equipment and a significant amount of space to run. Several pieces of agility equipment are set up in an obstacle course that winds its way through the center of the dog park. This is an excellent park to bring even the most energetic canines. 

The ground here is covered in hay, and the hay is changed out often and stays pretty fresh. The Windsor Castle Dog Park is clean, garbage cans are emptied regularly, and poop bags are always available. Many large trees are spread across both dog parks; these trees open into full canopies of leaves. 

This produces ample shade for the patrons of the park. Benches for seating are placed at the base of several of these trees and along the fenceline of the Windsor Castle Dog Park. Some seats are suspended under small pavilions making small swings for the human companions. 

All of this comes together to make this park quite a beautiful and functional dog park. Water is available for you and your canine so you can both stay hydrated. There are hoses and stations so you can clean your canine on the way out of the Windsor Castle Dog Park if you wish. 

A majority of the equipment and space is in the registration-required section of this dog park. This does include an annual fee. However, day passes are available for those passing through the area who have brought their proof of vaccination. 

Paved paths lead from the parking lot to the Windsor Castle Dog Park. Many spots are available, and they are at no cost. The Windsor Castle Dog Park is a great place to spend a few hours with your canine and enjoy this fenced and wooded dog park.
