Woofing Waters at Quiet Waters Park

Woofing Waters is two acres of puppy play space located in the northwest corner of Quiet Waters Park, in West Deerfield Beach, Florida. There's no better way to beat the dog days of summer than checking out this water park with your best pal. It offers a safe place for your doggo to enjoy some exercise, refreshment, and pawsitive socialization. 

The dog park is only open seasonally, so be sure to check the website and make sure it's open before heading out. There is a daily fee of $5 per family, or an annual fee of $25 per family for frequent visitors. Every dog needs to be registered before entering the park. 

Once you enter, you'll notice two separate sections, one for the large breeds, and another for the little guys. The large dog section include a spray hydrant, a shower nozzle, and an eight-nozzle line jet, where your pal can romp around and roughhouse in the cool water. There are also nearly 800 feet of hard-surface pathways. The small dog section features a shower nozzle and an eight-nozzle line jet, as well as a ring, or water loop, where they can run through a variety of sprays. There's also a grassy, fenced area and 500 feet of pathways where they can burn off some steam. 

Woofing Waters has all the conveniences necessary for a good time, including a dog-wash area and water fountains for a cool drink. All pet-parents need to bring is some clean-up bags, and their pup! There are places for the humans to kick back and watch the entertainment under large umbrellas and at picnic tables. When your stomach is growling, you can grab a snack from the concession stand. 

The rest of Quiet Waters Park encompasses 425 acres of athletic fields, picnic areas, pathways, and much more, which puppers can enjoy with their humans on a leash no longer than 6 feet. The entrance to the rest of the park is $1.25 per person on weekends and holidays.
