S Park Ave
The S Park Ave area of Batesville, IN, is about 18 miles from Greensburg, and it's where you and your pup can enjoy some fun time outside at the Batesville Dog Park. This off-leash park has separate sections for small and large dogs, so even the smallest pups can feel safe playing. The dog park is located in Liberty Park, which is another great spot that you and your leashed dog can check out. With playgrounds, covered picnic areas, and sporting fields, you and your pup can spend a relaxing day having a picnic lunch or watching the local kids play.

The city center of Columbus, IN, is slightly over 30 miles from Greensburg. This is a great place to visit if you’re specifically looking for some dog-friendly restaurants – there are plenty to choose from here! The Garage Pub & Grill is one of them, offering some yummy dishes that are even fit for a vegetarian diet, along with some live music. The Savory Swine is pawfect for you if you want a quick lunch sandwich made from freshly-cut meats! This butcher shop doubles as a quick-serve, casual dining spot. Downtown Franklin is just over 37 miles from Greensburg. This cozy neighborhood is right near Franklin College, so it is, unsurprisingly, a great place to stop for a cup of coffee with your pup! There are two dog-friendly spots to grab some coffee and food here – Court Street Café and Benjamin’s Coffeehouse. You can also head to Suzy’s Teahouse & Bakery for a variety of teas, baked goods, and even soups. The Province Dog Park is also in the neighborhood! This off-leash park requires registration to keep your dog safe, even boasting an electronic entry system that registered members have access to.

Greenwood is a city just south of Indianapolis that’s about 42 miles away from Greensburg. The N Madison Ave area is a pupular place for dog-friendly restaurants and some outdoor fun. Hop on the Tracy Trail, which is 1.5 miles in length and the pawfect spot to get your pup some exercise. Then, you can fill up hungry tummies at one of the outdoor tables at a restaurant that welcomes furry paws, like Revery, which offers a variety of dishes from pasta to steak. Vino Villa is a great spot to go when you want a glass of wine; the menu also includes everything from cheese to gourmet tacos.
