Big Creek

The neighborhood of Big Creek welcomes residents and their pooches! This dog friendly neighborhood boasts two large green parks. The first park is James Hanna Park, which can be found on the southern end of the neighborhood. This park offers residents picnic tables and a playground, so the family can rest, play, and run around the green field with their pup! The second park is called Miller Playground, but don’t let the name fool you. Dogs are more than welcome here! Have some off leash fun with your pooch in the wide open field playing a game of fetch, soccer, you name it! This park also has benches and picnic tables, along with a playground.

Brookville

Brookville is a neighborhood that is surrounded by a vast amount of green space on the southern side of the community. Here, residents will find quick and easy access to both the West Creek Reservation and Tuxedo Park. The West Creek Reservation has amenities such as washrooms, covered and uncovered picnic tables, benches, and a reservation center with a gift shop, classes, and much more. There are upland and wetland landscape tails to walk along, many of which are paved. Tuxedo Park is a nice park along a valley by the creek! Take your pooch here for a swim and a nice nature walk.

Parma Woods

Parma Woods residents often find themselves spending time with their pooches at the local neighborhood park called Forest Wood Park. This park has sports fields, an ice rink, benches, a playground, and covered picnic tables. There is also a washroom at the park for you to use. But most importantly, it has a lot of green fields for your dog to run around in! The park is fenced for the most park, making it pretty safe for some off leash play. Feel free to watch a game of baseball being played while you are visiting the park!

Parma

The neighborhood of Parma has a treasure within its midst! Ridgewood Lake Park is within reach for every resident and their dog living in this neighborhood. This park is beautiful! As soon as you enter, a lake welcomes you with benches to sit on while your best friend splashes in the water, fetching a stick or having a swim. There are multiple pavilions with covered picnic tables for your usage, spread out along the lakes pathway. Feel free to walk the lake and take in the scenery from every angle! There is also a playground and a large amount of grassed land to play on with your pup. Once you are done at the park, head on over to Tradesman, for a bite to eat on their dog friendly patio!
