“Need a break? I’ll walk your dog!”

Hi all! I have been a dog owner for the last 15 years and I have loved all the dogs that I have come across. I have always had either a poodle or a goldendoodle in my household. I have always been overly excited when I see dogs because they just brighten up my day. Walking dogs is something that I have been doing for years, so I feel that I have the hang of things, from small dogs to the really big dogs. I have no problem walking then in all sorts of weather conditions and places.Dogs are great!

Dog Walking in Jordan

More than 6,000 people live in the charming town of Jordan in Scott County, Minnesota. Jordan is known for many things, including being home to the largest candy store in the state. If you're not a fan of sweets, there are plenty of other things to enjoy about Jordan, including historic buildings like the Jordan Brewery Ruins.

Jordan is only 30 miles from downtown Minneapolis and a 20-minute drive from Bloomington. You'll find all sorts of activities to enjoy right in town, though, including several city parks, apple orchards, golf courses, campgrounds, and paintball courses. It just so happens, many of these activities are dog-friendly, so you can get to know the city of Jordan with your pup!

You and your dog will love exploring Lagoon Park on Park Drive. This spacious recreational area includes a swimming beach, sports fields and courts, playgrounds, picnic facilities, a 16-acre pond, and plenty of other activities. There are also different trails throughout the park, and your dog is welcome to join you here if they're on a leash. In the winter, the pond is used as a skating rink, so park activities are happening year-round. If it's an off-leash park you're looking for, there are plenty of those near Jordan, too!
