The best part is that there is even a little pond where you can watch your dog throw good food at the ducks.

It is split into two separate areas for pups of different sizes. You have the benefit of two aerated ponds to enjoy, which make for a the pawfect place for a splash on a summer day. Your pup can show off on the agility equipment, too. Other amenities 12 cleaning stations, covered sitting areas, multiple benches throughout the 10 acres, and even a doggy shower to rinse your pal off before heading home. There is so much to enjoy!

So now you need to take a 15-mile drive over to Keenum-Shelton Dog Park. It is an off-leash dog park with lots of open space that is fenced in for safe play. There is agility equipment as well, which Fido will surely love exploring with all his new fur-iends. Your pup has two areas to play in so that you can choose whether or not to socialize him. Your dog will love that there are lots of benches perched under shade trees to escape the Texas sun. Water is available onsite, so you won’t have to worry in case you forget to bring some.
