Description

Camp Sandusky is a picturesque, family-friendly vacation destination with accommodations to please even the pickiest campers! It's located in Sandusky, Ohio which is just ten minutes from Cedar Point and near all sorts of activities. At Camp Sandusky, you can choose to stay in cabins, tents, RV sites, or group sites, and whichever accommodation you choose, you're sure to have a wonderful experience! Four of the cabins are dog-friendly and air-conditioned, and pets are also allowed to stay at RV sites, but tent camping sites don't allow dogs. Your pet will be approved at check-in, and they must be kept on a leash when they're not in your vehicle or cabin.

There are eight different types of cabins to choose from at Camp Sandusky, and they range in price from $49 to $105 per night. All of them have electricity, a picnic table, and a campfire ring, but bring your own bed linens. Cabins don't have restrooms or showers, but the campground's clean and modern bathroom facilities are a short walk from the cabins. Be sure to ask for a pet-friendly cabin when you book your stay!

Tent sites range from $23 to $49 per night depending on the time of year you visit and which amenities you choose. Some tent sites have electricity, and some don't, but all tent sites have a picnic table and a campfire ring. There are four types of RV sites ranging from $27 to $79 nightly, all of which come with water and electricity hookups, while some offer sewer hookups. If you book online, you'll save 10% on your reservation, and Camp Sandusky also offers discounts for AAA, Military, and Good Sam members! There are also charcoal grills for shared use positioned throughout Camp Sandusky.

Some of the campground's other amenities include two beautiful pools that get plenty of sun, a playground, a bunny farm, a gem mine, sports courts, laundry facilities, and a camp store that stocks all the necessities. Don't miss out on the all-you-can-eat pancake breakfasts for only $4.50! Campers can also head to one of several nearby restaurants, go on a boating tour, visit the motorsports park, or head to the Kalahari Resort water park for even more fun!

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
