Carter Cove Campground is situated on the beautiful Nimrod Lake, nestled between the Ozark Mountains and the Ouachita Mountains. Like many lakes found in the US, Nimrod Lake was created using a dam system in the Fourche LaFave River. The Dam was created to control flooding but as a result of the dam, the lake has become a popular location for individuals who love the outdoors.
In Carter Cover, you will find 34 larger and more modern campsites available to book. Each campsite comes equipped with a picnic table and fire ring.
