The park is equipped with amenities that include laundry, a security system, and on-site management. The office maintains morning and afternoon office hours but there is management on site around the clock. Traveling late should not be a problem as they advertise they will receive late arrivals. There are picnic tables and grills at the sites. The pull-through sites are 70 feet. There are a total of 47 sites for overnight stays. Both sunny and shady sites are available. Tenting is not allowed on this campground. Standard rates are at $42 and there are reduced rates offered for members of AAA, Good Sam Club, and the military.
The park is pet-friendly. Dogs should be on a leash when in a campground for the safety of the dog. The owners of this spot recognize the dogs need a chance for exercise. An enclosed dog run is located in the park. As with any area in which dogs are sharing space, there are precautions you will want to take to make for safe and healthy play. Inspect to make sure previous campers have cleaned after their dogs before you enter. It is not a good idea for large and small dogs to be off leash in the same area. If you have a puppy, keep your baby away from the shared dog areas until all vaccinations have been administered. Be a good dog owner and always clean up after your pet.Â
