I-10 Kampground

Visitors describe the I-10 Kampground as nothing fancy, but still comfortable, friendly, and meeting all of their needs. The park is convenient to get to off of I-10, Exit 13. The park has a total of 100 spaces. The sites are gravel, described as "fairly" level, with room for slide-outs. There are 30 amp and 50 amp sites available. A limited number of tent spaces are also offered at this campground. There are also laundry facilities. 

You can plan to take a dip in the pool which is always a nice feature if you are traveling with children who like to splash in the water. You can make this a seasonal stay, a stop on the way to another destination, or the base for a vacation in Alabama. Visitors to the park describe it as clean. There are large oak trees and you may find yourself appreciating the charm of the deep South when you are here. 

There is plenty of shopping nearby and you can always re-stock your supplies at the Walmart. You will also find fast food and auto supplies near to this location. The park is a member of the Good Sam Club and offers discounts to the military. Theodore is located in the metropolitan area of Mobile, Alabama. Nearby attractions include visits to the USS Alabama Battleship and Memorial Park, the Bellingrath Home and Gardens, the History Museum of Mobile, or walk the Oyster Trail. You can always find some intrigue at the Gater Ranch and Tours. 

Pets are welcome. 

It is always wise to keep your pet on a leash when outside and walking around the park. Always be a good owner and clean up after your pooch. Make sure you properly dispose of doggie-doo bags, and do not leave your best friend unattended or tethered outside.
