Pretty, tree-lined park grounds set the scene for an exclusive RV resort where every site is an easy pull-thru with total hook-ups to water, electricity (20/30/50 amp), and sewer. Free access to the Internet with cable TV is also provided with rental trailers available. RV sites are parked on open ground (with no shade) and gravel pads. Large areas of grass with tailored landscaping offer a pleasing view from your campsite with a fenced swimming pool, kid’s playground, basketball court, and covered pavilion for picnics or catching up with friends.

Modern restrooms, showers, and laundry are a feature of this pet-friendly park that goes a step further than most by providing a large run where furry-pals can exercise off-leash. In other areas, all pups must be on-leash and supervised at all times. The camp requires all guardians to pick up after their dogs with a limit of three pets per site and restrictions on certain breeds. The fully-fenced dog park is appealing to RVers who spend a lot of time on the road with their family pets.

There are 66 level RV sites with a no-tent policy, situated on 12 acres of serene, grassy pastures. Deer often wander into the ground plus mockingbirds, finches, and hummingbirds add to nature’s ambiance. The resort offers a large library of DVDs for a nominal deposit and has a popular book exchange for those who enjoy reading.

If you enjoy a flutter at the Casino, a camp shuttle will escort you directly to Riverwalk and Diamond Jacks casinos in the historic city of Vicksburg, where a major American civil war battle was fought (referred to as The Seige of Vicksburg.) The mighty Mississippi connects to Yazoo River which touches the banks and bluff of this iconic city, with museums highlighting the monumental event that took place in 1863. Today, Vicksburg is a top tourist attraction with galleries for connoisseurs of local art plus great shopping and family-friendly restaurants.
