Description

If you are set on going for a camping trip with your friends, family, and pets, Quarry Cove in downtown Arizona is a beautiful place to visit and is an inexpensive way to travel. The camping ground is brilliant forĀ peopleĀ of all ages and is also pet-friendly so you can enjoy the holidays with Fido. Quarry Cove is located close to the massive Ozark Mountains, thereby providing all visitors with an incredibly scenic and pleasant experience.

The camping ground has been fully operational since 1942, which was just after the nearby Nimrod Lake Dam was constructed and used. Since then, the campsite has become the place that people from all over the country come to spend some quality time with their close ones.

The camping ground also has a total of thirty-one campsites, each of which is equipped with a number of efficient facilities. Campers here have access to flushing outdoor toilets, drinking water, electrical power sources, cleaning stations, shower facilities and also shelters for fishing and boating activities. The campsite tries to be inclusive for everyone, which is why they offer a number of fun activities for every member of the family.

Fishing is one of the main activities that takes place on this campsite, and campers here are provided with fishing equipment on demand. There are also a number of water sports activities that campers can partake in at the Quarry Cove campsite such as jet skiing and boating.

Since the campsite does not take any form of reservations, campers are given sites on a first come first serve basis. The site is located on the beach, therefore having proper beach shoes and attire is advised. The rest of the campsite area tends to be rocky, which is why proper shoes are recommended while traversing through other parts of this beautiful campsite.

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
