East Brunswick Dog Park (at Heavenly Farms Park)

The East Brunswick Dog Park is a public dog park located at the Heavenly Farms Park in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In addition to the dog park, the 147-acre Heavenly Farms Park features athletic fields, walking trails, a parking lot and a concession stand with public restrooms. 

The East Brunswick Dog park is very highly rated within the dog owners in the community due to its cleanliness and convenient location. It has a well-thought-out layout that consists of two separate areas for dogs to enjoy without a leash. There is a large run meant for big breeds and a section for the smaller four-legged furballs too. Both provide plenty of space for canines to stretch their legs, sniff around and explore. 

The terrain at the East Brunswick Dog Park consists of gravel at the front of the dog park and more grassy areas at the back. Make sure to pack a towel for your pooches paws if you visit, especially during the rainier seasons. There are tennis balls scattered throughout the park which is great for playtime and games of fetch but also potentially dangerous if your dog is a chewer.

The East Brunswick Dog Park at Heavenly Farms Park is equipped with some picnic tables and benches, one of which is covered and provides shelter from both sun and rain. A few trees are growing in the off-leash area that offer a decent amount of shade for dogs to cool off in. There is also a water fountain inside the dog park to help keep canines hydrated.

The East Brunswick Dog Park is an ideal location for canine socialization as there are at least a few regular four-legged patrons at the park every day. The dog owners are said to be very welcoming and helpful, which is another reason this dog park is a must visit if you live close by. It is also a great place for leashed walks too as there are paved trails that run throughout the park.
