To ensure that small, shy, and senior dog have a play area which is ideally suited to their needs, one of the enclosures has been designated specifically for their use. In the North Brunswick Community Dog Park, dogs can enjoy off-leash play and socialization with dogs more appropriate to their size, age, and personality.
Though off-leash play is welcomed at North Brunswick Community Dog Park, owners must take care to observe safety precautions. To this end, North Brunswick Community Dog Park requires that all owners keep a lead with them at all times. Dogs must be leashed both entering and exiting the facility as well as in all areas of the family-centric North Brunswick Community Park.
Park officials mandate that owners must have one leash for each dog they have with them at the park. The North Brunswick Community Dog Park is a public dog play haven, and entrance to the property is provided to all pooches and their people at no cost. However, a park pass is required to access the grounds.
To obtain a park pass, owners must furnish proof of the following up to date vaccinations: rabies, DHLP, and bordetella. In addition to this, dogs must also be licensed with their respective city, and proof must be provided of spay or neuter. Evidence of vaccination, park membership, and city dog license must be presented via tags displayed on each dog's collar.
Park passes expire the same day that the dog's vaccinations must be renewed. In order to prevent a 48 hour delay in membership renewal, dogs should be re-vaccinated prior to their pass' expiration date. Complimentary poop bags are provided on the grounds to ensure owners have access to the proper tools for cleaning up after their pets.
It is unknown if drinking water is available at North Brunswick Community Dog Park. For this reason, owners are encouraged to bring bottled water and a dog dish with them from home. Bathrooms are housed on the grounds for public use.
However, visitors note that they are often locked except during sporting events at North Brunswick Community Park. For a day of fun at a park with something for the whole family to enjoy, bring Fido and the family to visit North Brunswick Community Dog Park!
