Though many parks offer an enclosure to meet the needs of dogs who are small, elderly, or shy, it is not known if Marlboro has a section reserved for their use. Off-leash play is a focus of this dog playground, and all dogs are welcomed and encouraged to participate in it in the dog runs.
However, dogs must remain on a leash in all other areas, and owners are to maintain a leash with them at all times as a safety precaution. Marlboro Dog Park is a public dog facility. Access to the grounds is available to all dogs and their owners free of charge. Provided in the runs for the comfort of all dogs and the convenience of their owners is drinking water and benches.Â
Poop bags are not provided at Marlboro Dog Park. To be certain you have access to a bag when needed, it is important to bring some extra bags with you from home. Park officials appreciate the cooperation of all owners in helping to keep the park a clean space by picking up after their dogs.Â
The Municipal Complex offers several attractions to amuse the entire family. The property is home to multiple athletic fields, a playground, shuffleboard, a walking path, and an enclosed shelter section. In addition to this, the park is equipped with areas suitable for playing hockey and basketball. Bathrooms are not housed on the grounds.Â
Few rules have been instituted regarding the use of Marlboro Dog Park. Park officials do require that owners vaccinate their dogs and register them with the city of Marlboro.
