Dogs can also come and visit this state park, but they must remain on a six-foot-long leash during their entire stay. During your time at the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the park system. Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. 

All pets and their humans must be well-mannered before they come to this park as the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior. Also, humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here.
