The neighborhood has a popular dog park, known as McBark Dog Park, that features four acres of space for your dog to run off his leash. You’ll need a pass from the city that must be renewed annually, and then your dog is free to roam! The neighborhood also has its own PetSmart and PETCO stores, where you and your dog can visit for all of his necessities. You can even visit The Shops at Fox River for some window shopping with your leashed pup.

Bull Valley

Bull Valley in Woodstock, IL is about 12 miles away from Mchenry. This area is home to a conservation area, a country club, a golf club, and much of the town’s favorite residential and shopping areas. At Bull Valley Dog Park, your pup will have plenty of room to play in the seven acres of the park. And the park features special events for you and your pooch through the year!
