KOA campground in the Dallas Metropolitan area has it all! Dogs are not
only welcome, but they even have their own park! That’s right, when not
accompanying you on your Texas adventures, pooches can get out their crazy
energy at the KOA’s Kamp K9 Dog Park that features a separate area for small pooches.
RV spaces include free cable and Wi-Fi, while tent sites are nestled in the
trees and offer picnic tables and fire rings.

campsite in Hidden
Cove! With 470 acres of forest and park areas right on Lewisville Lake, you

or head to the marina for some fishing or boating. Best of all, your doggo is
even allowed to swim in the lake with you! Keep an eye out for foxes on the
trails and otters in the water, then enjoy the stars by a campfire with your best
furry furiend. And if your pup needs some extra off-leash fun, you’re just 15

camping and pet-friendly cabins with tons of amenities, Mill
Creek is the best around! While tents are not allowed, dogs are, which
means your four-legged buddy can join in the fun! For the humans, they offer a
disc golf course, sports courts, pools, a hot tub, a children’s treehouse and
playground, and live entertainment. For the dogs, there’s Barkly Park, a
puptastic fenced in off-leash area, along with trails for hiking and biking, and
fishing and boating on the ponds. After the day’s excitement, cuddle up to
watch a movie, or gather around the fire to toast marshmallows- either way,

located in the top northeast corner of the campgrounds where pups can run off
leash! With a camp store, outdoor games and even live entertainment, this

If you’re looking to really leave the city behind, take a
drive east to this serene getaway. Just like at any state park, your pup needs
to stay leashed and out of park buildings at Cooper

fishing and boating, several hiking
and biking trails, furtastic picnic areas and wildlife galore! And if you’ve
