The northeastern Orlando community of Union Park is only a 20-minute drive from Belle Isle. This is where you'll find the Downey Dog Park, which has big and small dog areas as well as time-out runs. Just 20 miles northwest of Belle Isle is the West Orange Dog Park in southeastern Winter Garden, Florida. The West Orange Dog Park has big and small sections, as well as separate time-out pens if your pooch needs a moment to collect themselves. Throughout the park, there are water fountains that both humans and dogs can use, as well as plenty of shade and pools set up for dogs during the warmer months of the year. Twenty minutes east of Belle Isle is the Avalon Dog Park, and it's a beautiful community park where you and your dog will both meet new friends. This dog park consists of one general area where dogs of all sizes can interact, and throughout the area, there are benches, trees, and lots of tires for your pup to play on.
