In Town Center, you'll find commercial establishments, some single-family homes, apartment buildings, and a school. Some of the residential streets have sidewalks where you can take your pup for a walk. If you're looking for an area to let your dog get some off-leash exercise, check out Wiggley Field Dog Park off Hedwig Drive. This facility is located just west of the downtown area. Your pooch will pawsitively love running and playing with other canines here! Dogs need to be registered and current on rabies vaccinations. There's an annual fee to use this facility. Make sure you clean up after your furry pal.

Homestead Acres

Homestead Acres

Homestead Acres is a residential neighborhood with private residences on wooded lots. This community has streets with sidewalks that offer a peaceful place for a daily stroll with your canine pal. To treat your fur baby to a pawesome outdoor adventure, head to Lemon Lake County Park. The 403-acre facility is located about 8.5 miles southeast of town and includes more than five miles of hiking trails. Wander through the woods with your fur baby as you explore nature together. Dogs may accompany you, provided they're on a leash and under your control. Bring waste bags to clean up any droppings.

Gates of St. John

Gates of St. John

The Gates of St. John is a development in the southeastern corner of town. There are some private homes, a school, and a few small businesses here. You and Fido can take a walk down the sidewalks in this neighborhood. Just three miles northeast of here is where you'll find Perry Ferrini Dog Park, which is just pawfect for a little canine socialization. Let your furry friend enjoy off-leash play with other pups here. This facility, which is located off West 91st Avenue, includes separate sections for small and large dogs, a drinking station, and agility equipment. Bring waste bags with you to clean up any messes.

Lake Hills

Lake Hills

The Lake Hills neighborhood includes private residences and multi-family dwellings located around Golf Lake. There's a paved trail here that wanders along the water where you can enjoy a peaceful hike with your special pal. To enjoy some green space with your fur baby, head north just 1.8 miles to Stephen Park. This property includes athletic fields, a picnic pavilion, and an open area. You and your four-footed friend can jog around the pathway that circles this facility, or play frisbee on the lawn together. Dogs are allowed to join you here as long as you keep them on a leash and you immediately pick up any waste.
Schillton Hills

Schillton Hills

Schillton Hills is a residential neighborhood with single-family homes. Walk along the sidewalks with your fur baby in this quiet area. If you're looking for a place let your pooch get some off-leash social time with other pups, head five miles north to Dyer Dog Park. Like most dog parks, this three-acre facility has separate sections for small and large dogs. There are water and waste stations available in each play area. You'll need to register your pooch at Dyer Town Hall to obtain the gate code. There are annual and half-year memberships available. Remember to clean up after your pal.
