This dog park was updated in 2016, and plenty of changes were made to make it an even better place to bring your dog. The park now has two big sections, and one of them is always closed to allow the turf to regenerate. These areas are rotated accordingly, and each section has benches and shade. Your dog must be registered and vaccinated, and you'll need to purchase an annual permit to visit. Don't forget to bring water and waste bags with you.36
Willow Creek
Portage is a city in Indiana with a population of around 36,000 people, and you can drive there in about 15 minutes from Hobart. The Portage Dog Park is located in the center of town near the neighborhood of Willow Creek. This large off-leash dog park has a section for dogs under 35 pounds as well as a section for bigger dogs, and it's part of Woodland Park.
