Visit the Harper Avenue neighborhood in downtown Lenoir to grab a scrumptious bite to eat at the Bella Torte Bistro & Charlie's Pub. This unique British-style pub and eatery offers you and Fido a diverse menu combining both American and British cuisine. Lounge outside with your pup as you take in the hustle and bustle of the downtown district.
