Erin is awesome! Our pup needs some intro time as she s very people shy and protective, and Erin did great. We did a meet and greet and even though Kiko barked and gave a couple growls, Erin took it in stride and was so calm and gave Kiko lots of treats. Kiko needs a lot of patience, and I think she and Erin will be besties soon!

Blue Hole Regional Park is a large, open natural park with trails and wild areas that are simply pawfect for pups of all ages and sizes to work off all of that extra energy. You will need to keep your dog on a leash while enjoying the park, as there are no fenced-in areas, but your pup will be so busy making new friends and checking out the local trees that he won't even notice much.

West Wimberley

West Wimberley is a beautiful green area where you will find lots to do and see when traveling through or moving in with your dog. You can start your day off right with a meal from Linda's Fine Food. Both you and Spot are welcome to dine together at their outdoor tables when the weather is nice. Just be sure to call ahead to make sure the tables are set up and ready for you when you arrive. You will want to bring your waste bags with you for those quick breaks around the block, as well as some treats if you won't be sharing your food!

Central Wimberley

Central Wimberley is home to the Blanco River. This river runs through the entire length of the town of Wimberley, right through the middle. This makes it the pawfect place for a pup to be a pup during the spring and summertime if you want an outdoor adventure that is convenient no matter what end of town you live on. Just pack some clean, dry towels in your car and head to the riverbank to lay out a picnic blanket and have yourself a pup-friendly afternoon. You will want to pack plenty of waste bags and water to stay hydrated and tidy all afternoon!

East Wimberley

Kate's Place is a pupular restaurant in East Wimberley where you and Sparky can grab a pet-friendly meal together without having to worry about service! The servers there are attentive to canine companions both large and small and will offer your friend a cool bowl of water on a hot day. They might even have a treat or two of their own up their sleeve, so make sure your pup minds his manners when dining at Kate's. You will want to be prepared for those quick breaks around the building by packing a handful of waste bags in your bag just in case.

South Wimberley

Papa Hoo's Popcorn is worth a trip to South Wimberley all on its own! You will find you and Sparky are welcome to visit Papa Hoo's no matter the weather, with plenty of outdoor seating for everyone who wants to stop by. There are traditional popcorn flavors in addition to more novel inventions, like root beer, sriracha, and dill pickle popcorn! Who can say no to popcorn like that, served by some of the friendliest folks in town? Surely not you and your pup, who will be back time after time after just one serving from this local popcorn professional.
