Battle Creek
Battle Creek was the original name of Pleasant Grove, and it now refers to a neighborhood nestled in the southeast corner of the city. Despite its name, it is one of the most peaceful locations in the area for a walk outside with your dog. One of the highlights of this neighborhood is Hill Park. It is located on the east side of the neighborhood, and it has a long walking path with a great view of the mountains, benches, a pavilion, and a large, open lawn. Kiwanis Park nearby is another place you might want to check out. 1st Ward is a large neighborhood in Pleasant Grove centered around North Union Canal, and it is known for its friendly community and nice parks.
