Ewa Beach doesn't have its own dog park, but don't fret just yet! Moanalua Dog Park, which is located around 17 miles from Ewa Beach, is a furrific place to play! There's plenty of room at this park for Fido to run and romp. Fresh water is provided in the park, but you won't find any doggie waste bags here, so you'll need to bring your own. Picnic tables are also available for the pet parents to relax while they watch their pooches play. A big plus is that the park is shaded, which makes it perfect for the hot Hawaiian weather.

North Mililani

Around 15 miles away from the sunny Ewa Beach, you can find another place that's convenient for a nice stroll with your pup. Mililani Dog Park is based in North Mililani, just a short drive out of town. This fully enclosed place includes a much-needed doggie water fountain that provides fresh water to the pups. The shade trees here are much appreciated on hot summer days, as are the benches for the dog moms and dads. You'll find trash cans throughout the park, but you'll need to bring your own waste bags to help keep this park clean and well-maintained.

Kaimuki

Twenty-six miles away from Ewa Beach is the Diamond Head Dog Park, located in Kaimuki. This bark park is very spacious and has lots of amenities that will make your short trip to the park worthwhile. There are no separate areas for small and large pooches, so mind your pup's temperament. Parking is available nearby, and the park provides seating areas for the human visitors. Drinking water is also available, as well as hoses where you can rinse off your pooch before heading back home. Fido will pawsitively love playing at this grassy, shaded park and sniffing out some new friends!

East Kailua

If you're looking for a place where you and your pup can enjoy the white sand and turquoise ocean together, check out Kailua Beach Park, around 30 miles away from Ewa Beach. What better way to spend the day than lying on a sandy beach with your pooch by your side? Doggies are welcome on this beach, but they have to be leashed and licensed by the county. Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs and are not allowed to bring dogs in heat. Take some fresh water and waste baggies with you and get ready to make some pawesome new memories!

Hawaii Kai

Hawaii Kai Dog Park can be found around 32 miles away from Ewa Beach, in Hawaii Kai. This place is suitable for dogs and owners that require a park with separate areas for large and small dogs. The place is securely fenced and includes separate water fountains for canines and humans. Poop baggies are provided most of the time, but it's a good idea to bring some of your own in case the park runs out. The ground is mostly covered in grass, but it can get muddy when it rains, so be sure to bring a towel if the weather is bad.
